What is the dress code?

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. If you are in search of childcare in town, our wedding planner has suggested the company Kids ‘R Special run by Lara Lauder (505) 660-4564.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner and reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor space.

What will weather be like?

Answer

We obviously will have to wait and see but usually Santa Fe in early October is 65-75 degrees during the day and gets down to 35-45 degrees at night so we suggest bringing a light coat or jacket.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

La Fonda hotel cannot guarantee room in their parking garage unless you are staying at the hotel. There is lots of parking around the Plaza, but it is paid and can be quite hard to find a spot. We recommend using ride share options.

What color will bridesmaids be wearing?

Bridesmaids will be in rust & brown tones.

Can I bring a guest?

If you’re invitation says “and guest” then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive around 4:15 and allow plenty of time for parking and finding the event space. Our event space is called La Terraza and is on the Northeast corner of the hotel on the 3rd floor.
