Historic King Street is a great place to eat and shop. Be sure to not miss 2nd Sunday on King Street! From noon to 5:00 PM on the second Sunday of each month, King Street is vehicle-free and lined with food vendors, artists, and live music from Queen Street to Calhoun. We're excited that our wedding guests will have the opportunity to experience it on July 13, 2025!

Located at the base of the Ravenel Bridge, this park has a lush lawn, a nautical-themed playground, and a pier! The Mount Pleasant Pier is a 1,250-foot-long pier where you can sit and swing a while, or try your hand at fishing.
Folly Beach is a city on Folly Island, just south of Charleston. It’s home to Folly Beach Pier, stretching more than 1,000 feet into the ocean. Center Street is lined with surf and souvenir shops. Folly Beach County Park has picnic areas and a pelican rookery.
