Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We want our guests to be comfortable and feel their best!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking garage connected to the hotel and event space ($27 daily fee), you do not need to be staying at the hotel to use the parking ramp. There is also city street parking!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since all wedding events (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party) will be taking place at 500 Pearl St, there will be no additional transportation provided. If guests choose to stay at the Aloft Hotel, you won't need additional transportation!

We recommend booking the Aloft Hotel as all wedding events will take place at 500 Pearl St. Please refer to the travel tab for our room block link.

Why We Recommend Staying in the Aloft Hotel

Answer

Our lovely home of Buffalo has very unpredictable weather, especially in the month of February. We want our guests to be as safe as possible, by staying in the Aloft you limit having to drive around if there is bad weather or rely on additional transportation. It also means you can keep the party going and easily head up to your hotel room at the end of the night! Please do what you are comfortable with, there are also multiple hotels close to 500 Pearl in the city we have linked in our Travel page.
