What additional information is there about the Holiday Inn Hotel room block?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie is preferred. Suit and cocktail dresses are acceptable. Please no shorts, hawaiian t-shirts or flip flops.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle for guests to use who are staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Winchester. If you are not staying at the hotel and would like to park there and utilize the shuttle that is fine as well.

The venue will have limited parking. We suggest guests park at the Holiday Inn and Suites Winchester and take the provided shuttle transportation services.

Is the venue inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and reception will be held inside the barn. Please be aware that there will be some brief outside sitting & walking. We recommend a light jacket and shoes that are appropriate for grass.

Can I bring a date?

We ask that if your invitation did not state a plus one, that just you grace us with your presence.

Will there be a bar?

There is an open bar serving beer, wine & spirits. No tipping is necessary.
