Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes - From Hotel St Vincent Shuttles leave at 4:30pm to take guests to the Elms Mansion - From The Pontchartrain Hotel and Virgin Hotel shuttles leave at 4:30pm & 4:45pm to take guests to the Elms Mansion - at 10pm a shuttle will start making trips to the hotels - At 11pm final shuttles will take guests back to the Hotels or to the after after party

The ceremony, reception, and after party will take place at the Elms Mansion.

Guests should arrive by 5:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

5:00 p.m. - Champagne welcome 5:30 p.m. - Ceremony 6:00 p.m. - Cocktail Hour 7:00 p.m. - Dinner & Dancing 10:00 p.m. - Second Line & After Party 11:00 p.m. - Trolley will take guests to after-after party, and shuttles will also take other guests back to the hotels in the room block

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Will the welcome party and wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The welcome party on Friday will be indoors. The wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday will be outdoors (weather permitting).
