Their journey together has seen its fair share of highs and lows, including two significant relocations that placed them 1,649 miles apart, cohabitating during their early twenties, squabbling over typical teenage drama, and standing by each other during some of life’s most difficult challenges. They’ve embarked on numerous road trips across the continental U.S., often with less than a day's notice, and now have a collection of thrilling stories to recount to their friends and families. Maria has always been a steadfast supporter of Oriana, urging her to grow and loving her through the darker chapters of life. Maria and Dylan have forged a strong connection over the years; what began as a simple roommate arrangement has blossomed into a nurturing friendship. The three of them share a treasure trove of inside jokes and cherished memories, from cozy TV show marathons on the couch to profound discussions about faith, and even those late-night shifts at the truck stop that brought them closer together.

Even as they navigated the social landscape of high school and formed new friendships, Hannah and Oriana always carved out time for one another. Hannah frequently hosted gatherings with her friends, filled with exhilarating drives and late-night escapades to Denny's. During one of these lively weekends, Hannah introduced Oriana to Dylan, sparking a friendship that would blossom into a romantic relationship over the years. Throughout high school, Hannah and Dylan connected over shared interests, weathering both triumphs and challenges together, which only strengthened their friendship. Now, the group enjoys lively game nights, engaging Dungeons and Dragons sessions, and binge-watching their favorite TV shows. They cherish the opportunity to witness each other's growth into remarkable individuals.

Amber

Amber is Oriana's sister, connected through their biological father. During their childhood, they would spend weekends together at his home, creating cherished memories at Mobile Lake, on camping adventures, and while attending many of Amber's basketball games. Although their relationship may not fit the traditional idea of sisterhood, they found a unique bond through their complicated family dynamics. Now that they are adults, they prioritize their relationship, making an effort to check in on each other whenever possible.

Hallie

Oriana and Hallie were introduced by Hannah, Hallie's sister. Over time, they developed a close sisterly connection, and their friendship has flourished. They've created countless cherished memories together, from the cringeworthy YouTube videos they used to film to their fun nights out at barn dances and cozy wine evenings. Additionally, Hallie takes part in game nights and D&D adventures with many of the friends featured on this page, which gradually fostered a friendship between her and Dylan.

Katrina

Katrina came into Oriana's life only two years ago, yet in that brief period, they have developed a connection that feels deeply significant. Their friendship, while still in its early stages, is filled with valuable experiences. They have engaged in thoughtful discussions on numerous topics, shared new viewpoints, supported each other's growth journey, and relished fun game nights brimming with laughter and companionship.

Trey

Trey is a dear friend of the couple and has been a witness to the evolution of Oriana and Dylan's relationship. He and Dylan had a brief encounter during their high school JROTC program but didn't become close until Hannah and Trey began dating shortly after graduation. Oriana and Trey formed their friendship through late-night venting sessions with Hannah at their apartment, and since then, they've positively influenced each other's lives. The two couples enjoyed many evenings together before deciding they loved each other's company enough to become roommates, making it much easier to gather for game nights. Now, Trey and Dylan can dive into discussions about D&D and video games, while Hannah and Oriana indulge in wine nights and heartfelt conversations. All jokes aside, Dylan and Oriana are absolutely delighted to have Trey and Hannah as two of their biggest supporters.

Justin

During their time at Stamart, Dylan and Justin's initial meeting quickly evolved into a discovery of their shared enthusiasm for gaming. This common interest ignited a friendship that has grown substantially. Dylan, recognizing the potential for a great friendship, has taken the initiative to introduce Justin to many of his friends, who are also passionate about gaming. As a result, Justin has integrated into the group, and he now looks forward to joining them for their lively game nights and engaging Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, where they embark on epic adventures together.

Mo

At the same time as Katrina, Mo was introduced to Oriana and Dylan. The group quickly bonded over a variety of games during their game nights. However, Mo and the boys formed a unique connection while playing Super Smash Bros on the Nintendo Switch, where they came up with amusing nicknames for each other and engaged in some serious competition. Oriana has been able to nurture a meaningful friendship with both Katrina and Mo through these game nights and smaller hangouts at their apartment.

Nimaya

Flower Girl

As the daughter of the bride and groom, it’s a given that Nimaya will be the flower girl. She delights in practicing her flower-throwing in the backyard. Nimaya is thrilled about her parents’ upcoming wedding. She often requests to see her mom's engagement ring, enthusiastically telling her mom that daddy did a fantastic job picking it out.

Andy, who happens to be Hannah's brother, has invested a lot of time with the group, often showing up for game nights and D&D sessions. His friendship with Dylan has flourished as they bond over anime and video games. Andy also participates in Super Smash Bros with the rest of the guys, contributing to the group's dynamic. Since Andy is Hannah's sibling, Oriana has known him for a long time and views him as a bit of an annoying little brother, but also as a good friend. They often engage in playful teasing and jokes during their weekly gatherings, which adds to the camaraderie of the group.

These two men have significantly influenced the Bride's life, and here’s a bit about each of them. Randy Helgeson, the Maid of Honor's father, has known the Bride since her high school years and has lovingly taken her under his wing as his "rent-a-kid." Their relationship has flourished over time, and her daughter lovingly calls him grump-pa. Randy Tisdell has also been a cherished figure in the Bride's life for many years, leaving a lasting mark. He taught her to sing the national anthem when she was just two years old, creating countless beautiful memories together. The Bride is excited to have them join her on this momentous day!

Morgan Stevens

Morgan went to college at the Art Institute of Chicago for fashion and design however before this she went to school with Dylan and Hannah. Upon moving back to the Grand Forks area she rekindled her friendship with them and built a friendship with Oriana. Soon after Morgan agreed to make Oriana's wedding dress, making the dress itself so much more meaningful because not only will it have a few hidden details special to the couple, it will also be from a near and dear friend.
