What time does the yacht leave?

Answer

The yacht leaves the dock at exactly 5:30 pm. Boarding begins at 5 pm.

Question

Will we be able to attend if we miss the departure?

Answer

If you are late you and the yacht has already left the dock it is up to the bride and groom if they want to return to the dock to pick up additional guests. Please be on time.

Question

Am I able to bring gifts aboard the yacht?

Answer

No. The only gifts permitted aboard as per homeland security guidelines and current laws must be envelope gifts such as gift cards, gift certificates, and greeting cards.

Where can I store my gift if I am not permitted to bring it aboard?

Answer

You have the option of keeping your gift in the car until we return to the dock. Family members can make sure your gift is delivered to Dylan and Nicole after we return to the dock.

Is there free parking? Where do I park?

Answer

No. Parking is $10. The parking structure is located at 3434 Via Lido, Newport Beach California.

Will I get seasick?

Answer

It is very unlikely. At Electra Cruises all of our events are held within the Harbor where the water is calm, there are no ocean waves in sight, and the yachts sail very slowly. Plus the yachts are simply too large to be affected by a wave!

Is the yacht wheelchair accessible?

Answer

While we have guests in wheelchairs almost weekly our largest yacht the Eternity has an elevator that reaches all 3 decks

What if I need to leave the yacht before we dock?

Answer

There are water taxis and gondolas who can take private parties back to the dock, there are medical water ambulances that can arrive at the yacht within seconds if there is an emergency.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Electra's yachts are almost entirely enclosed therefore the wedding will not be affected by rain.

Which yacht is the wedding on?

Answer

Our wedding and reception are on The Eternity.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP. All guests must be on the guest list and attendance prearranged.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Crate and Barrel, Target, and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Question

Do I need to bring money?

Answer

You will need money for parking. If would like to purchase additional beverages or liquor you will need money for the cash bar. We also invite all guests to participate in the traditional money dance.
