Our dress code is black-tie optional, though no tux is necessary. For the ceremony, please dress appropriately, preferably with shoulders covered.
The bridal party members are wearing a petal-pink colored dress (a whitish pink).
The ceremony is a High Nuptial Mass: a Catholic Mass prayed in Latin for blessings on a marriage. One priest, accompanied by four or more altar servers, officiates the Mass. It also includes chant and polyphony performed by the choir. The ceremony begins with the vows (which take about five minutes). Immediately after the vows are exchanged, Mass begins.
The vows and Mass combined will take approximately an hour and fifteen minutes.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour, followed by a cocktail-style reception with dancing in the ballroom. This is not a sit-down dinner; instead, dinner entrees and appetizers will be stationed around the room for guests to enjoy. Come with a good appetite and bring your dancing shoes!!
If you are writing a check, please make it out to Dylan Anderson and/or Natalie Tansky. Making the check out to Dylan Anderson is also fine! Please do not make the check out to “Natalie Anderson” as that is not yet Natalie’s legal name.
