Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The doors will open for guest seating about 30 minutes before the ceremony but please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to ensure that you can find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be in an outdoor covered wisteria garden area with heaters if need so you should be protected from the elements. Our reception will take place inside the attached hall.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony the couple will go take some photos as well as do a private signing of their marriage license. Feel free to get a drink at the bar and find a seat in the reception.

Is there a specific dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or button down shirt and tie for men.

Are you registered anywhere?
Answer
Your presence is gift enough, but if you would like to give a gift we are not in need of any particular items so please consider donating to our future life fund through either bringing a card or following the QR code on our registry tab.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is parking on site at the venue that is free of charge there is also additional parking to the side of the venue so there should be more than enough space for everyone to park .

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes if your invite was addressed to your family your children are more than welcome to attend and join in on the fun if you'd like :)

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
The bar and self-serve non-alcoholic beverages will be available immediately following the ceremony. We will also have small snacks available on each table.
Question
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes dinner will be provided during the reception tentatively around 6:30pm. It will be a buffet style meal of pasta dishes, salad and bread.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Answer
We will have vegetarian options please let us know if there are other special diet options that you require.
