How to RSVP & by when?

Answer

To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab and type the first and/or last name listed on your invitation. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, March 1st, 2025 We will be anxiously awaiting for your response and look forward to celebrating with you!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will Not Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you cannot make it, please notify Dylan or Melany as soon as you are aware. Thank you!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 1, 2025, you will be marked as “Not Attending.” We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (Unfortunately, this will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day as there will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you) While we will send out reminders & invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding!

Where & when is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all take place in the ‘North Villa’ at the Superstition Manor in Mesa, AZ The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. We will promptly begin the ceremony at 4PM and will be ending the night at 11PM.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive 20-30mins prior to our ceremony start time of 4PM to ensure enough time to park, sign our guest book, and find a seat prior to the ceremony beginning.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our wedding will be held in the North Villa! Please follow the parking signs guiding to North Villa (the first parking area). The venue has two separate parking lots, one for The Villas and one for The Barn. *If you need to leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight, please be respectful of our venue and ensure your vehicle is picked up before 11am the following day. Thank you in advance!

How do I get there?

Answer

We will be offering shuttle services to and from the Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa East hotel (booking link under the ‘Travel+Stay’ tab) and our venue and encourage you to utilize it! Approximate Shuttle Times To the Venue: 3:05pm | 3:30pm | 4:10pm From Venue Back to Hotel: 9pm | 10pm | 10:50pm Shuttle can seat up to 11 people at a time. It is important you arrive early to snag a seat as it is not guaranteed. However, if you are not staying at the designated hotel, you can drive or you can schedule an Uber, Lyft or a taxi service.

Are there any hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! For more information, please see the first hotel listed under the “Airports+Stay” tab. Look for the ⚫️ icon! The Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa East hotel will have shuttle services to and from the Wedding Venue. Please be sure to notate when RSVPing if you will be relying on shuttle services that way we can accommodate for you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - all BLACK everything. We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We ask guests to wear all black formal or cocktail attire. Ladies: A Black mid-length or full length cocktail dress, formal dress or chic pantsuit. Gentlemen: A Black suit or Black button down (no tie or jacket required). Please avoid white button downs/shirts. We kindly request our guests to avoid wearing any blue jeans, any other colors outside of black and to please reserve the color white for the bride and groom. Will kids be invited?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are sadly unable able to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation envelope. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an Unplugged Ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones/cameras be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and video as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! Two Photo Booths will also be present.

While we are still working out the kinks on our drinks, please be advised the bar is card only!
