As many of you know, I sing with my family in a gospel music group. We mostly sing locally in small southern baptist churches. Josh Chatham is the pastor at Holly Springs Baptist Church, but has also preached revivals at Shoal Creek Baptist Church where I was formally a member. In July of 2015, Josh invited our group to sing at summer revival at Holly Springs. Apparently Josh was playing matchmaker and knew of a certain single young man in his church. My family and I sat down on the right side of the church on about the 2nd row. As the Holly Springs choir made their way to sing, a young man walked by my row and stopped at the row in front of me. I automatically noticed his charming looks, of course, and watched as my brother JW got up and shook his hand! They clearly knew each other. Fast forward to the end of the night when he stood at the back of the church talking to JW, but I was too scared to go and talk to him, so I didn't. After church, my family decided to go to Huddle House and eat. The minute we pulled into the parking lot, my phone got a notification for a new message on Facebook. You guessed it, it was Dylan. He kindly thanked me for coming to sing at his church and complimented my voice. He then proceeded to invite me to revival for the rest of the week, and I accepted. It was a little over a month later when he finally asked me to be his girlfriend, and of course I said yes. And now I'm #OnMyWay2Oliver 💕💕💕 and I couldn't be happier. I thank God everyday for Josh inviting me to his church, for Dylan Mark Oliver, and for his wonderful family. We are so BLESSED!
