FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at St. Joseph Catholic Church at promptly 2:00 in the afternoon. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by April 15th using the QR code on your invitation or clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of everyone invited including children. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself. For those of you who bring your children, please be sure to watch them closely. We highly recommend sending them off to bed at 8:30 when the playlist will switch to more adult music.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Please no jeans/cargo and avoid shades of white. We want everyone to look and feel their best!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that once the ceremony begins, all phones are put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Don't worry, we will be sure to share them with you! Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola, Amazon and HomeFundIt. We would be incredibly grateful if everyone could help contribute to our New Home fund so we can buy our first home this year! We also have a small list of gifts if you would still prefer to purchase one.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve whole blocks of rooms at specific hotels in the area but there is a list of options in the "Travel" tab. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure you are able to attend!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have parking available for everyone at the venue. Guests are able to leave their vehicles at the venue until noon on Sunday.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be able to provide transportation but Uber and Lyft are available in the area for guests to use. PLEASE do not drink and drive! We will provide an Uber for you if you are unable as your safety is our top priority! Guests may also leave their cars at the venue until noon on Sunday.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to us if you have a food allergy that we need to be aware of so we can provide something for you!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
