When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However the deadline is September 1st 2025 If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as a “no”. We need to provide catering and other vendors with an accurate head count. We hope you understand

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! We want to include the entire family in celebrating our special day. However, if you’re wanting to enjoy a “parents night off” we understand that too! One thing safety wise to have in mind, the venue is a fully operational horse farm that is fully surrounded with an electric fence. Also this will not be a petting zoo opportunity, the horses are strictly off limits.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a brief moment at the beginning of the ceremony where you will be able to take photos. Aside from that we ask that you silence and tuck your phone away during the ceremony. We want you to stay present in the moment with us. We have professional photographers capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony please take as many photos as you’d like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of beverage choices and will also have non-alcoholic options. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The wedding venue is Katy’s parent’s horse farm. There will be a tent and potentially heaters if the weather requires it.
