Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ancient Lore Village in Knoxville, TN. Ceremony seating will open at 3:00 and start promptly at 3:30. Address: 7107 Sevierville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for you to join us after the ceremony for food, drinks, and dancing!

What is the dress code?

Answer

While we are asking our guests to wear cocktail attire, feel free to have fun with it! We want everyone to express themselves and feel comfortable in what they are wearing.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Plans are in place in case of rain.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

According to the weather in past years, the high is typically upper 70s-low 80s while the low is mid 50s-mid 60s. You should be comfortable during the ceremony, but feel free to bring something to cover up with once the sun sets.

How do I RSVP? When is the deadline?

Answer

There is a RSVP section on our wedding website. Please RSVP by August 15th, but the earlier the better!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Yes! We have a registry through our wedding website. However, we know you're spending both time and money to make it to our wedding, so please do not feel pressured to get us something. If you would like to gift us something then we ask that you consider donating to our honeymoon fund. We'll be traveling to Japan! This trip is a dream for the both of us and we're hoping to make it happen.

Will transportation be provided? Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the venue, but there will be plenty of parking available. However, we will provide golf cart transportation to the ceremony site.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Golf carts will be on site to get everyone to the ceremony location. There are also handicap accessible restrooms. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any concerns regarding accessibility so we can make prior accommodations.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We ask that you reach out and let us know by the date your RSVP is due (August 15th). This includes restrictions, allergies, and preferences (e.g. picky eaters). As long as we’re informed on time, our venue will be able to accommodate you.
