Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in cocktail attire. We encourage guests to wear fall colors!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. We ask that you arrive by 3:30 p.m.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are able to accommodate those guests formally included on your invitation. If a guest or child is included in your invitation, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site at the venue for all guests. Carpooling is encouraged when possible to help limit the number of vehicles.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered for traditional gifts. If you feel inclined to give a gift, we kindly ask that you consider contributing to our Honeyfund (this can be found under the Registry tab). We will be taking a mini-moon after the wedding but hope to take a dream trip to Scotland in 2027! Your presence at the wedding is the greatest gift of all!

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 3rd.

What food will be served?

Answer

During cocktail hour, the bar will be open and other refreshments will be provided. Barbecue will be served for dinner. I will be finalizing with catering after August 3rd once the headcount is confirmed. If you have any dietary restrictions or do not prefer pork, please text me at (423)946-3540 so I can work with catering on those arrangements.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. We have hired an amazing photography team to capture every special detail and will happily share photos afterward. Once the ceremony concludes, we encourage you to take photos and celebrate with us throughout the reception!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place by the creek. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception will take place inside the barn.

What should I know about the ceremony location?

Answer

The ceremony site is located a short walk from the parking area and includes some uneven, rocky terrain. We recommend block heels or other comfortable footwear. Golf cart transportation will be available for any guests who prefer not to make the walk.

Clear umbrellas will be provided for guests if needed.
