Hotel and transportation

I have booked 10 rooms at La Quinta inn in Alvin. Check in is May 11th and check out is May 13th. If you would like to come earlier or stay later you will be responsible for the cost. The rooms are mainly for my out of state guests, but if there are still some rooms left after everyone is settled then you are more than welcome to stay at the hotel. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me or Dylan. Thank you! IMPORTANT: If you plan on staying at the hotel please send me a message so I can write your name down. Since the hotel rooms are under my name you will not be able to reserve a room. I need to send the manager a list of people staying and when yall show up to check in they will have your name that I provided them with. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL AND RESERVE A ROOM. MESSAGE ME IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING AT THE HOTEL. Name you give me must match your ID. If you have not booked your flight yet, Houston Hobby airport is the closest to Alvin. George Bush international is about an hour from Alvin. There also will be transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue, and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you choose to go back to the hotel early, we will be having transportation to take you back whenever you are ready.
