It was a sunny spring day in Washington, DC during the AIPAC Policy Conference (aka: "The Jewish Super Bowl"), and Dylan and Jordan, both working for AIPAC at the time, crossed each other's paths in the lobby of the staff hotel. They quickly exchanged a handshake while in a large group of colleagues, and for Dylan, this was the heart-stopping moment that would change everything. Jordan's firm handshake and deep blue eyes had her captivated, but of course, work was calling and they both went their separate ways. (Note: Jordan does not recall this interaction at all.) A couple of evenings later, Dylan and Jordan happened to be getting drinks at the same bar. What Dylan often fails to mention without Jordan's interjection is that she was actually on another date. Into the evening, the Jewish networking was heating up. Jordan and Dylan miraculously ended up next to each other and found themselves planning a midnight trip to the National Mall with a group of friends. On their way, their friends mysteriously left them behind and the rest is history! They met for coffee the next morning, Dylan moved back to LA a few months later, and here we are today.
