Yes! We are requesting formal wear from our guests. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. We kindly request no jeans or sneakers. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. The ceremony will take place in grass so please keep that in mind when deciding on shoes!
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed by name on your invitation.
As soon as possible! The sooner, the better. Please RSVP by May 25th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. If you cannot attend, please decline the RSVP so we are not left wondering. We will miss you celebrating with us!
Although we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We are excited for you to relax and celebrate with us.
We advise that guests arrive by 5:10pm for our 5:30pm ceremony. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.
Yes! A shuttle will transport guests to and from the venue. The shuttle service will begin for guests at 4:00pm and the last trolley will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 5:00pm. The trolley will be available to shuttle guests back to the hotel between 9:15pm and 11:15pm. If you plan on driving, there is a free parking lot where cars can remain overnight if needed.
We will have a photographer and videographer capturing every moment of our special day and we would love for you to be fully present. We ask that you turn the sound off of your electronics and refrain from taking pictures or videos during our ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!
