Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding will take place outside. The ceremony will be on grass and the reception will be on brick. It will be chilly at night so bring a jacket!

Question

Do I need to get a COVID test before attending?

Answer

Yes. We're asking all of our guests—regardless of vaccination status—to get tested before attending our wedding. RT-PCR tests are preferred as they are considered the most accurate.

Question

When should I get my COVID test?

Answer

We're asking guests to receive a test within 96 hours (4 days) of arriving in Phoenix. So, if you plan to arrive on Thursday February 24, the earliest you should get tested is Sunday, February 20. We know this policy isn't foolproof because infection is possible after the test. However, we had to balance that with allowing a reasonable amount of time to receive results (typically 1-2 days for an RT-PCR test) and adjust travel plans, if needed.

Question

Where can I get a COVID test?

Answer

Your state's Department of Health website should list testing locations. Or you can find a testing location at this site: https://www.anthem.com/microsites/covid19/test-site-finder/
