What Time Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before ceremony start time. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before as our team will still be finalizing details!
Question
Will the events be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, while the reception will take place in the event barn! Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress Code: Semi Formal Although it is optional, we would love if you would dress Fall colors (examples: green, grey, brown, blush pink, gold, plum)

What is the weather like?
Answer
Sonoma County in September is still quite warm! Average daytime temperature is 80 degrees while the average temperature at night is 55 degrees.

Will there be Transportation?
Answer
There will be transportation provided for guests who are staying at the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country (where our wedding block is set up). The transportation shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel at 3pm and head to the venue! Transportation will also be offered at the end of the night (9:30 and 10pm) to head back to the Sheraton.

While we understand wanting to bring a date, please refrain unless your invitation specifies!
Question
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Our wonderful venue includes free valet parking! We are also working on transportation services from our hotel block out to the venue.
Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we ask that our wedding is an adult only event to allow wedding guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Children in the wedding party will be leaving the venue after the ceremony.
