We kindly ask guests to follow cocktail attire for our special day. Suits are preferred for men, and we encourage elegant cocktail dresses or dressy evening wear for women.

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Simsbury Inn under the Russell/Buckley Wedding Room Block. Use the code 2025Russ for a special rate. Please reserve your room by Monday, August 17, 2025, to guarantee availability.

Our wedding is by invitation only. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! On-site parking is available for guests who are driving to the venue.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes, the venue is fully handicap accessible to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the celebration.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
Our ceremony is scheduled to be held outdoors on the terrace, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony indoors.
Question
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be a bus picking up guests at Simsbury Inn at 5pm and transporting them to the Pond House. Buses will leave at 5:15pm There will be a bus at the end of the reception around 11:30pm bringing guests back to the Simsbury Inn.
