Pacaya’s Volcano hike is an out and back hike of little over 5 km (3.1 miles), with around 1,500 feet (457 meters) elevation gain, of moderate difficulty. We recommend wearing standard hiking clothes - hiking or tennis shoes with thick soles and comfortable clothes you can move in - are recommended. We will enjoy pizza and marshmallows cooked with the steam from real lava during the hike for some one-of-a-kind hiking snacks! We'll bring the marshmallows and for those who want the pizza it is $40 for full pizza. Please plan to pay in cash. La caminata al Volcán de Pacaya es una caminata de ida y vuelta de poco más de 5 km (3,1 millas), con alrededor de 1.500 pies (457 metros) de desnivel, de dificultad moderada. Recomendamos llevar ropa de senderismo normal: zapatos de montaña o tenis con suela gruesa y ropa cómoda con la que puedas moverte.
