We’re Getting Married!

Dani was new to the school, she was at band camp while Dylan was away doing DCI. Everyone had told Dani to watch out for Dylan, because he was apparently mean and kind of cocky. Dani was terrified for the day he’d come back, and probalby tell her that she was awful at playing her instrument, as they played the same thing, baritone. The day finally came as much as she dreaded it, Dylan was back. She walked down the band hallway and heard a loud sound from a baritone. That must be Dylan. Panicking, Dani sets down her stuff and walks up to Dylan, who was in fact playing, and blurts out “Listen, i got switched to baritone from trombone like, 5 days ago, and im still learning how to play this thing, so im sorry if i suck” Dylan smiles, and simply nods and waves his hand “Oh nah, you’re all good”. Dani smiles, then goes about her business and talks to some other friends in the band room. The next few days, Dani and Dylan begin talking some more, they had a mutual best friend, Joe, who secretly wanted them to get together. The first football game of the season comes around, and Dani and Dylan had been talking for awhile at this point. Dylan had asked Joe to get Dani to go with them to get pizza before the game, Dani obviously says yes, since she started to like Dylan. Later that night after the game, Dani made the first move to ask for his number. And thank goodness she did <3
