Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are request that all our guest dress in formal attire. Please no jeans. Slacks and button downs or suits are totally fine! We do ask you to reframe from wearing champagne/tans or white .

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so we ask our guests to arrive at 4:00 PM.

Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

The entirety of the planned evening will take place outside at our venue, Concord Estate.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is parking available on site. However we suggest carpooling, especially if you will be drinking. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight (if needed), all cars must be picked up the following day by 11am.

What weather can we expect?

Answer

This area of Oregon typically enjoys a warm mediterranean climate. We anticipate a comfortable late-summer evening with clear weather. However Oregon weather is unpredictable, check the forecast as it gets closer!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During our ceremony we kindly ask for everyone to unplug and put their phones away and enjoy the moment! We have full trust our photographer team will capture the moment perfectly. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies, what's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please indicate so on your online RSVP. Or feel free to reach out to the bride directly to make prior arrangements with catering.

May I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space we can unfortunately only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear under your name on your RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

What should I do if we can not make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible with RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, we would love to celebrate this day with your full family. There are a couple of things to consider if bringing children: First, the venue has a large unsupervised pool. Secondly, due to our large guest list space will be constrained and littles may not have much of a "play area".

When should we book lodging?

Answer

Due to a higher demand weekend in the area, we recommend booking lodging sooner then later. Our venue is midway between downtown Roseburg and Canyonville Oregon. Visit our travel section for more details.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 31st. We are only taking online RSVP via our wedding website.
