FAQs

Question

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at the Hilton Cancun in Cancun, Mexico. The ceremony will be outdoors on the Lobby Terrace, and the reception will follow afterwards by the South Pool.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The recommended dress code is Black Tie Optional or Formal Attire. Think floor-length gowns and suits or tuxes.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying at the Hilton Cancun and making arrangements through our room block with Hola Weddings. With the room block, we have secured preferential rates for our guests and will have prearranged transportation to and from the airport. Visit the Travel tab for more information as well as access to the booking site.

Question

Can you tell me more about the resort?

Answer

Hilton Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort is in Cancun, Mexico, located just 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Since it's an all inclusive resort, food and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic), 24-hour room service, and entertainment are included in the nightly rate (certain water activities and excursions will be extra). Rates are per person per night. Visit https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/cunqrhh-hilton-cancun/ for more details.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP here on our website. Then, you may use the room block link under the Travel tab to secure your rooms. In the event that you will not be staying with us at the hotel, please let us know in advance by leaving us a note when you RSVP. We recommend both responding and booking by July 6th so that we have time to resolve any issues with booking and add more rooms to our room block if necessary.
