* 🌟🌟Hike Torrey Pines https://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=657 trails overlooking beach (best thing ever, absolutely do it). Cannot recommend highly enough. 
* Downtown 15th St Del Mar - enter beach here and walk either south to more rural stretch of beach or north towards Solana Beach. Great surf spot for beginners 🏄‍♂️ 
* Cedros Avenue: shopping and artisan district in Solana Beach https://cedrosavenue.com
* Breakfast: Darshan Bakery (pastries), Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Claire’s on Cedros, Naked Cafe
* Lunch:  Board ‘n Brew (OG location, worth braving the crowd of high schoolers if you want an insane post beach sandwich), Homestead, Naked Cafe 
* Dinner: Sbicca, Poseidon/Jake’s for ocean front views, Zel’s Cafe
