I would go into details about how we met but in the begging it was a little messy and very confusing so we will make this short and sweet. It all started when a guy from Texas decided to join the military. He didn't know that this would lead him where it did. Before he knew it he was in Connecticut, adjusting to the cold weather, missing back home, and meeting new friends. One of them was me, Caitlin. I was fresh out of high school also didn't know what I wanted to do with myself but just living life. Until one day one of my closest friends introduced me to this guy who was in the Navy stationed by us. Our love story began February 29th, 2020. After this date many great moments would come after this which are now our great memories. There were a lot of legos built, new places visited and more friends and now family made. Until we got news things are going to get harder for then. Dylan was told he was getting deployed. We decided it would be better to break it off before he left thought it would be difficult and heartbreaking. Six months flew by we thought about each other the whole time but never reached out to one another. We finally reached out to each other a little while after he got back and our love story began right where it left off, it was almost like he was never gone. Our relationship grew after that and it kept getting better until we got more bad news. He was being stationed down in Virginia. We finally got back to being happy just to be told long distance is not our normal. We did almost a year of long distance until we couldn't do it anymore. We found a place in Virgina and decided we were ready to share our life with one another and we were done letting thing get in the way. Then 6 months after we first moved in together he asked me to spend the rest of his life with him. We are so excited to share this life with each other and even more excited to share our ceremony with all of you. With Love, Caitlin & Dylan
