Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal with dresses, simple suits or dress shirt with tie. Please no jeans, shorts, hats, or flip flops. Please reserve shades of whites/creams for the bride.

Directions to the venue
Answer
PLEASE ensure that you have your GPS/maps pulled up when you have cell phone service because you may lose service when you're approaching the venue. You will come in on HWY 74 and you will turn on to Smoky Cove Road (look for the stone columns). You will drive past a few homes before turning on East Hampshire Blvd. This is a windy gravel road, please drive carefully.

Is there transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will run from the hotel blocks to the venue. More details to come about the timing when the wedding gets closer. Please take into consideration the venue is in a rural area and may not have Uber/Lyft. If you are staying elsewhere, feel free to park at the hotel to use the provided transportation.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the venue. You may not leave your car overnight.

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered shelter and the reception will be indoors. The weather in the mountains can change quickly so we suggest having an umbrella in your car in case you need one to walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a plus one or children?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to being at capacity only those who are listed on the invitation are invited.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
While your presence is a gift in itself, if you chose to purchase a gift our registry can be found on one of the above tabs. It is linked to our address if you chose to ship it to us.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The wedding will began promptly at 4:30. We suggest all guests to arrive around 4:00 as this will allow you plenty of time to get lost, drive on the windy road, sign the guest book, and use the restroom before the ceremony begins :)

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The reception will end at 10:30, we can't wait to dance with you all night!

Can I take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony as our photographers will ensure to capture all the great moments and do not want your phone in the way. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you like, but please share them with us! We will have a QR code to scan at the reception to share photos.
