What time zone is the wedding venue in?

Please be mindful that South Bend, IN is in the Eastern Time Zone.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before ceremony time to allow time to be seated.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be having an outdoor ceremony with cocktail hour on the patio. The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire, black in color. We ask that you dress in black suits or shirts and ties for men; midi-length dresses or evening gowns or dressy separates in black for women.

We kindly ask our guests to wear black to coordinate with our black and white theme.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles available between the venue and the hotel (DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend).

Is there parking available at the venue?

Our venue provides ample parking. We also encourage guests staying at the DoubleTree to utilize the provided shuttles.

Are there menu options for people with dietary restrictions?

Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies. Our caterer is willing and able to accommodate any restrictions.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is accessible. Our ceremony will take place outside on grass, but there is a paved pathway leading up to the ceremony site. The indoor location is also fully ADA accessible with ADA compliant bathrooms and doorways.
