Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear what you feel comfortable in! Keep in mind that there will be bonfires and dancing. We will be outside all day so dress for the weather. BYOMB (Bring your own mud boots) if it rains.

What time should I arrive at Big Stone Camp for Christ?

Please arrive at Big Stone Camp for Christ before 4:00. Our ceremony will start at 4:00.

Were is everything happening?

All the events are taking place at Big Stone Camp for Christ. 37897 State Hwy 7 Ortonville, MN 56278

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Nope! It is in the Camp bylaws that no alcohol is allowed on the property.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be plentiful. We will also have golf carts available to help anyone with mobility concerns.

We are not asking for gifts! But if you are so inclined please see the registry section!

Will our cats be present?

Answer

Unfortunately, Tank and Pele don't travel well and won't be able to attend our big day. Bess is open to going and we will keep you updated. We're hoping she'll send in her RSVP before July 11th.

Who is Jon Wayne?

Answer

Jon Wayne is the mastermind and lead singer of Jon Wayne and the Pain. He is also our musical guest! Dylan and Alma both spent many years going to festivals and enjoyed hearing his music. It is truly an honor that he agreed to be a part of our celebration!

Who can I bring?

Answer

Please bring a date, the kids, even grandma! We just ask that you let us know who you will be bringing before July, 11th so we can make sure we have enough brisket and cake to go around!

Invitations will go out in mid-May we ask that you send us back the RSVP cards by July 11th.
