Please arrive at St. Gilbert Parish Church at 2:00pm, 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.
Everything will be indoors
Transportation will NOT be provided to St. Gilbert or Astoria prior to either event. Transportation WILL BE provided from Astoria back to Westin after the reception concludes. 2 Shuttles will run transporting 11 people per shuttle back to Westin for those looking to go back to the hotel at 9:30pm.
Yes! There is plenty of parking for everyone attending!
Astoria is part of a larger public plaza and their parking is a public space but they would not recommend leaving a car overnight as they don't have control over the village rules. If you don't want to worry about your car we would recommend dropping your car off at the Westin after the ceremony and then take an Uber to Astoria. An Uber from Westin to Astoria one-way cost about $16
Adults only, please and thank you. We would love to celebrate this BIG day with just you. We don't want you to be worried about your kids while you're dancing the night away! The only kids that will be there will be the ones who are taking part in the ceremony.
During cocktail hour - completely open bar for 1 hour (4:30-5:30 p.m.) with top-shelf drinks included. There won't be any food until dinner. During Reception - Dinner will be served with your selection during the RSVP process. The premium open bar will be open from 6:30-9:30p.m. Coffee and tea stations will be available during the reception. There won't be any late-night snacks provided at the end of the night.
When filling out the RSVP there is a section to note allergies / dietary restrictions. If you missed that section, feel free to message Dylan or Kat and they can update your information.
Yes! 1-hour open bar during cocktail hour and 3 hours during the reception. The open bar includes all top-shelf drinks, so don't worry about ordering the most expensive drink. It's all included in our amazing package!
Yes, our hotel room block is at the Westin North Shore. Check out the "Travel" section for the hotel information. The link for the hotel already includes the wedding discount rate so no code is needed to enter for a discount.
Please refrain from taking pictures as this may disturb the wedding ceremony at the church. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our beautiful day. But feel free to take all the pictures you like at the reception.

Yes! If you want to purchase something unique and special that wasn't on our registry you're more than welcome to bring it. There will be a designed table just for gifts you can put it on. Thank you so much!
All the events will be held on the wedding day. Be sure to check out the "Schedule" to learn more about all the event taking place on the wedding day. P.S. The rehearsal dinner is only open to immediate family and the wedding party.
The reception will end at 9:30 pm at Astoria. YES, we will be doing a Karaoke night at HOME bar where you can eat, drink, and sing through the night. Food & Drinks will be a cash bar, meaning each guest/party will be responsible for their own tabs. Be sure to check out the "Schedule" tab to learn more about all the events on the wedding day. Transportation to the after-party will not be provided. We suggest to hitch a ride from someone attending or ordering an Uber. Also, transportation to the Westin after the after-party is not provided.
