🌴 Wedding Travel Update – Important Deadlines 🌴 Secure your spot, celebrate with us! Hi everyone! We just learned some important details from our new travel agent about our wedding room block and wanted to share! ✨ Everyone who plans to attend needs to be booked and deposited into our room block by this Friday, Sept 26th. ✨ The deposit is only $100 per person and is fully refundable until October 30th if anything changes. ✨ Final payment for rooms will be due October 30th. After Sept 26th, we’ll likely need to release any unbooked rooms to avoid penalties, so please secure your spot if you’re planning to join us!

We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests to make your travel as easy and enjoyable as possible! To book your stay within our room block, please use our amazing travel agent, Christina — she’ll help coordinate everything and ensure you’re part of our group. This is where we will be holding both the ceremony and reception. Due to resort policy the wedding and all events are 18 years and older. Due to our wedding contract we are asking all of our guests to stay at either Dreams Vallarta Bay or Secrets Vallarta Bay. If alternate accommodations are required please reach out to Dylan & Brooke to discuss.

Dreams Vallarta Bay is a partner resort with Secrets Vallarta Bay, the resort where the wedding will be held. Stays at this resort can be more budget friendly and allows for guest under the age of 18. However, if you stay at Dreams you will need to pay for an day pass** to access Secrets, other than for the wedding ceremony/reception. Due to our wedding contract we are asking all of our guests to stay at either Dreams Vallarta Bay or Secrets Vallarta Bay. If alternate accommodations are required please reach out to Dylan & Brooke to discuss. **Day Pass: Priced at $99 per person, valid from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Night Pass: Priced at $99 per person, valid from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
