Parking

Answer

A shuttle service will be available free of charge through the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Plant City along with a shuttle through our venue. You may also use Uber or Lyft. There is plenty of on-site parking if you would like to drive to the wedding venue. Feel free to leave your car overnight if needed. Just be sure to pick up your car the next morning before 10am please.

When should I arrive ?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Guests are able to arrive as early as 3:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:40. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour with appetizers. Then a full reception with dinner will be held at the same location around 6:00pm followed by dancing and celebration!

Answer

Yes, we are excited to see your littles and help us celebrate!! There is plenty of outdoor space for them to explore and run around. If your little one is crying or you just need a quiet place to take them, feel free to use the Bridal suite and take a minute. Just check in with one of my Bridesmaids so they know. Please let us know if your children plan on attending, so we can provide adequate kids meals.

Please wear comfortable shoes that are suitable for the grass. We ask no white dresses or jeans, please! If it helps, our wedding colors are dark red (cabernet) and off white.

Can I bring my own alcohol? No, we will have alcohol provided. Filtered water, iced tea and lemonade will also be provided.
