My Smoky Rentals

We will provide transportaion to and from the wedding venue for those that stay at My Smoky Rentals Timber Oaks properties. Rental options include luxury two-story yurts that sleep 2-6 people, or cabins that sleep 2-8 people. All yurts and cabins are within walkable distance from each other and include amenities such as hot tubs and full size kitchens. Yurts and cabins are currently blocked for wedding guest until Aug 2025. You can view the rental properties at www.mysmokyrentals.com (you will NOT book online until you have contacted Stacy) Yurts will be under the names Bearby House, Blu-Beary, Raz-Beary, Aussie-Bear, Merry Bear, and McBeary. Tree House cabins that are available for rent are labeled as TH03-TH11. For all bookings please contact Stacy Parr (865) 438-6856. If you try to book online the blocked off cabins will not show as available. Let her know you are booking for the wedding and she will be able to answer any questions. She will then unblock the desired cabin/yurt and you will need to immediately book your rentals. *If you choose to stay else where transportation will NOT be provided.*

McGhee Tyson Airport

Airport is approximately 30 minutes from Sevierville. Be advised traffic getting into Sevierville/Pigeon Forge can get really bad on weekends.

Rentals are available at airport. We highly encourage you to make reservations in advance to guarantee transportation once you arrive at the airport.

Travel Note

Traffic/Ride Shares

Pigeon Forge is a very popular tourist destination especially during the fall. Please be advised that traffic can get very bad on the weekends and plan accordingly. We do not suggest driving in from out of town the day of the wedding due to risk of heavy traffic. Ride shares such as Uber/Lyft are NOT popular in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. You may be able to use ride shares during the day, but do not rely on them for nighttime transportation. Most places except for Dollywood and certain parts of Gatlinburg provide free parking. If you stay in the blocked cabins at My Smoky Rentals we will provide transportation to and from the wedding.
