Per the guidelines of the venue and following the new NYC vaccine mandates, all guests are required to show proof of vaccination.

Please submit ONE of the following: - digital copy of your vaccine card documentation - screenshot of your Key to NYC - screenshot of your Excelsior Pass Email your proof of vaccination to: dyanaandzac@gmail.com Please also provide your contact information at the link below so we can keep you up to date as the rules may change.
