It's about an hour, 15/30 minute drive from SeaTac to Camano Island (Seattle traffic can be HEAVY at certain times). You can Uber/Lyft, but we recommend a rental car for the weekend as UBERs, Lyfts, and cabs are hard to come by in Camano.
Great question. Due to the location, we were unable to get a room block anywhere. If you can get a hotel room at Angels of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, that is the closets hotel. Camano is home to many many Airbnbs and VRBOs. Multiple guests have let us know that's what they are doing.
Another great question! Because we don't have a room block, we will be creating a shuttle system for our provided transportation. Limited parking is available at the venue if you prefer to drive.
Easy! Send Molly, Jamie, or their parents your accommodation address and we will add it to the shuttle. Closer to the wedding, we will let you know when you will be picked up! Those same shuttles will take you back after the wedding!
A few recommendations from the bride and groom. All events day of the wedding will be at one location on grass. To make your life easier, make sure your shoes are grass approved. We would love our friends and family to be in 'elevated garden parry attire'. Ties and bowties are not required but also not discouraged. As some of the guests are English - hats are not required but are welcomed. It is Washington State, so please be aware it may rain. If it does, we will push through - another great reason not to wear white! If you have any attire questions, please ask Molly or Jamie (and Jamie will ask Molly).
