What should I wear?

The dress code for our event is semi-formal.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 1st, 2026. The venue and caterer must be provided the appropriate guest number early in advance, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, please only bring a plus one if stated on your invitation. We ask that only the name of the individuals listed on your invitation are in attendance. Thank you!

Due to limited space, we ask that only children specifically named on your invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of the event. However, we welcome guests to take plenty of photos during our cocktail party and reception. Additionally, you will find a QR code at your table. Scan this, and you can upload all pictures you take to a shared album with the bride and groom!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outside. Avila Beach is a temperate climate, so the weather in July should be lovely! However, we advise guests to bring a sweater or jacket if they are concerned about wind.
