When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Highly Recommend that a deposit is made to reserve your room at the group rate by March 31st, 2022. Final Payment is due by May 25th, 2022.

Are the Check-in/Check-out dates flexible?

Answer

Guests are free to check-in any day prior to the wedding. To partake in the Bride and Groom's Itinerary, it is highly recommended that they arrive on Thursday August 25th, 2022.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time we have reach our capacity for children at the wedding. Please note that we have a capacity limit and only the number of people that were invited initially will have a seat at the wedding.

If I'm sharing the room with a friend, do we need to book at the same time?

Answer

We highly recommend friends book together, however a room can be booked for a single occupancy and once the friend is ready to book, they contact our wedding coordinator to update the room. Please note that double bed occupancy rooms are in high demand.

Do I pay the full price to reserve my room?

Answer

No, Upon booking you will pay a non refundable deposit of 1 night to reserve your room. Payment will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Full payment will be taken from the same card by May 27, 2022. Please reach out to Mahadavi Persaud via email at weddings@sonestastmaarten.com if you want to pay the full amount on a different card.

How do I add money to my room reservation?

Answer

Please forward an email to Ms.Mahadavi Alana Persaud with your confirmation number and the amount you would like taken from your credit card - weddings@sonestastmaarten.com.

When is the FINAL date to RSVP to the wedding?

Answer

The final date is May 25, 2022. Unfortunately we will need a final head count by this date to finalize wedding plans. So book early.

What happens if I try to book my room when the reserved rooms have all been sold?

Answer

If all the reserved rooms are sold out. Please contact Ms.Mahadavi Alana Persaud via email at weddings@sonestastmaarten.com. If there are additional rooms available she will do her best to give you the group discounted rate.

How do I go about booking my flight?

Answer

All guest are free to book their flights using any Travel Agency or the Various Travel websites. We have not made any arrangements for flights.

Can I bring additional people to the wedding?

Answer

NO! You can bring anyone you want to St Maarten and Sonesta Maho Beach Resort however our guest list is limited to the people invited to the vow renewal. No additional guest can attend the wedding.
