Emilie and I met at a fraternity tailgate in college. A mutual guy friend introduced us and said we should be friends because we were so similar, and boy was he right! He might not have stayed in the picture but Emilie has become my oldest and dearest friend. I'll be forever grateful for the introduction. We bonded over daiquiri fish bowls specials on Tuesdays and running late to our education classes on Wednesdays. From there our friendship literally grew over night and we became roommates. Emilie is the first person I call when I have big news or when I need help picking a nail color. She is a person I can always count on to be there for me big or small! I'll never forget the first conversation I had with Erin on a boat one summer with our friends in Chattanooga. I was still doing long distance with Michael, and it was hard to become friends with any girls in Chattanooga when you don't live there. We somehow got into a deep conversation about life and our goals. She was such a breath of fresh air!
