Chelsea's Version: We met during our Junior year of high school back in 2010. We sat next to each other in our English class. I had to put a chair between us because he wouldn’t leave my stuff alone! Even though I thought he was nuts he was still an awesome guy (he’s still an awesome guy). We became best friends & to make the long story short, he used to be in the "just a best friend zone" until some how he managed to escape, four years down the road! I'm glad he escaped! 9 years later we’re getting married! Dusty's Version: Back in junior year of high school I had a class with Chelsea, that’s when I first met her. I had thought she was a pretty cool person but turns out she thought I was very annoying. So annoying that she “had” to put a chair between us. We eventually became good friends and got that chair out of the way. We kept our friendship through high school, and for a couple years after untill I had the chance to date her, on November 30th 2014. After all the pressure and questioning, 4 years later I figured it was time to get a ring and see if she’d marry me, turns out she said yes under some fireworks in Oregon!

We were bringing in the New Year with family & friends in Oregon, I was a little suspicious considering that my Mom & Step-Dad were there after they tried hiding their location from me. We were at a bbq having a fun time watching the fireworks and next thing I know I'm being pushed in front of everyone. Dusty handed me a gift bag which I wasn't opening fast enough, hence him telling me to hurry in the video. When I opened the bag I saw a pair of cowboy boots that I just picked out and wanted for our future wedding. I immediately starting crying. He got down on one knee, asked me to marry him, I said yes! The surprise wasn't over with just yet, I turned around and his Mom & Sister were both there as well! Huge surprise & so many people knew, except me! After all the tears and laughs, the cows busted through the fence and went right through the party! Such a fun and emotional night! Happy New Year!
