FAQs

The Wedding Website of Dustin Raymer and Zoey Ball
Question

Is there cell phone service at the venue?

Answer

No. There is wifi in the cabin where the wedding will be held, but it does not really reach far outside where the wedding will take place. If you need to step inside the cabin to use the wifi, you can. Otherwise, this is a cell service free event :) (Please remember this as you are finding parking and locating the venue) You will see signs on where to park and there will be people helping with parking up until 4:45 as the wedding starts at 5:00

Question

Are there available bathrooms?

Answer

Yes. We will be renting a port-a-potty for people to use as the wedding will be held outside. If an emergency, there is a cabin on the grounds where (2) real bathrooms can be used as well. (if you are bringing a child you are more than welcome to step inside and change the babe in the cabin for comfort / ease)

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes. Make sure you RSVP the kiddos as well though. Contact the groom or bride with any questions on this. There are no babysitters on site. Please be responsible.

Question

Is there available parking?

Answer

Yes. The parking will be unique. We will have people helping with parking till 4:45 and there will be plenty of signs to help. Ten mile campground is directly next to the venue and we have rented out the campground where people can park. We DO recommend car pooling if possible. Reminder: the venue is located on a forrest service road where there is not a lot of parking. You will find other campgrounds located along the highway where guests can park. (ex: Big Bear which we may rent out as well) From there, you must walk to the venue. It is not that far but we do recommend bringing comfy shoes and to be aware of cars passing on the highway. Another reminder: there is no cell phone service on this road to call and figure out a spot. You must arrive early enough to find a spot before the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Yes. Every guest is more than welcome to bring a plus ONE. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions regarding this. When you RSVP, there will be an option to include your plus one.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No. Come as you are! We want everyone to enjoy themselves and feel as comfortable as they can while celebrating in the beautiful Idaho mountains. This is an outside event so we do recommend wearing comfortable shoes that you can walk and dance around in. Some of the parking will include you to do some walking. For funsies, the colors of the wedding are Wine / Maroon / Sand / Fall colors

Question

Is there an open bar and what will be offered?

Answer

YES. There will be NO hard liquor at this wedding. Wine, beer, seltzers, NA’s, water, & sodas will be available. Tips are welcomed, but most of it will be self-served. Please be mindful that there is no cell service and uber’s will be limited to NONE in this area.

Question

How early should I show up?

Answer

There will be a live band, snacks, & drinks all starting an hour before the wedding. Remember, parking will take some time if you do not arrive early. We will not wait on anyone to show up before the ceremony starts so please arrive early and / or with plenty of time to account for finding the venue and finding parking. The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 PM.
