It all began with a failed Christmas cookie delivery masterminded by our moms. Not long after, we did what any two people our age would do—lightly stalk each other on Instagram. Sara actually made the first move, sliding into Dustin’s DMs, and that simple message sparked the beginning of our story. At the time, Sara was living in Kansas City and Dustin was in Garden City, so the first few months of our relationship were long-distance. Eventually, Sara made the move back to Garden City, and from then on we made the most of every moment together—something we still do.
