How soon should I book my room?

We recommend booking your room as soon as possible! Our room block includes a limited number of guaranteed reservations, and we anticipate the resort will fill up quickly. To ensure availability and secure your spot, we strongly encourage you to make your reservation early. It's important for all guests to book through DestinationWeddings.com (Event Passcode: BASSORTIZ26) to ensure a smooth check-in process and event experience. How much will my all-inclusive stay cost?

• Double Occupancy: Starting at $2,171 for four nights (about $542 per night) • Single Occupancy: Starting at $1,867 for four nights (about $466 per night) The resort requires a four night minimum stay. Prices vary depending on the room style. Please note, flights are not included and will need to be booked separately.

What's included in my stay?

Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres offers a wide range of on-site activities for guests of all ages, including multiple pools with swim-up bars and Jacuzzis, complimentary non-motorized water sports (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling), and a fully equipped fitness center with yoga and aerobics classes. Entertainment includes nightly live shows, music, and themed events. Sports facilities include tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a bowling lounge with drinks included. Guests can also relax at the full-service spa or book off-site excursions like catamaran cruises, snorkeling tours, or visits to nearby ruins and cenotes.

When is my balance due?

Answer

When booking your room, the minimum amount due is $100. Guests without purchasing the Travel Protection Plan (TPP) must pay 100% of their reservation by February 8, 2026. Guests with TPP must pay at least 50% by this date. Guests who purchased TPP must complete final payment by February 18, 2026. Please contact our travel specialist for more information. Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We wish every guest could bring a friend, but we wanted to keep our wedding as small and intimate as possible with our closest friends and family. When you RSVP, your invite will indicate if you have a guest included.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No! While the resort is not strictly adult only, our wedding and events will take place on the private, adult only portion of the resort. This is a vacation for all of us, so leave those noisy monsters at home with a sitter!

Which airport do I select as my destination?

Answer

You will want to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). This airport is closest to the resort (45 minutes away) and shuttle arrangements will be made by our travel specialist to get you from the airport to the resort (see below). If you choose to fly into another airport, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation to and from the resort.

How will I get from the airport (CUN) to the resort?

Once you've booked your flight, please share your flight information with our wedding specialist, Barbara Berman. She will arrange for a shuttle to pick you up at the Cancun airport, included in our package at no cost to you.
