When and where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Pick Inn in Gallatin, Tennessee. Guests are kindly asked to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m., with the ceremony beginning promptly at 5:00 p.m. CST. 📍 550 Zieglers Fort Rd, Gallatin, TN 37066 There will be a shuttle service from the onsite parking area to the ceremony and reception site for your convenience. A reception with dinner and dancing will follow!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We met while hiking, and The Pick Inn felt like the perfect place to capture us. The beautiful trees, open air, and relaxed, natural setting reflect what we love most — being outdoors and together. It just felt right from the moment we saw it. The ceremony will take place outdoors with the trees as a natural backdrop, and the reception will be held in a covered pavilion that opens to the outdoors if the weather allows. If it rains, both the ceremony and reception will be held inside the pavilion, with the walls lowered to keep everyone comfortable and dry.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is summer cocktail attire — think semi-formal but comfortable for an outdoor celebration. Light fabrics and dressy styles are encouraged! The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or dress shoes that won’t sink into the ground. Please no jeans, shorts, or casual wear.

What is the weather like in June in Tennessee?

Answer

June in Tennessee is typically warm, sunny, and a little humid, making it a beautiful time to celebrate outdoors at The Pick Inn. Daytime highs are usually in the mid-80s°F, with evenings cooling down into the mid-60s°F. There’s always a chance of a light summer shower, but The Pick Inn offers plenty of shade and covered spaces so everyone can stay comfortable. And in true Tennessee fashion — if you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes and it’ll change! ☀️

Are children allowed?

As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in our immediate family). The invitation will note exactly who is included. We hope you’ll enjoy a fun evening out surrounded by good food, music, and great company! Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if their invitation includes one by name — thank you for understanding! If you’re unsure whether you have a plus-one, please check your invitation or reach out — we’re happy to clarify.

What about travel and lodging?

Answer

The Pick Inn is located in Gallatin, Tennessee, about 40 minutes northeast of Nashville (traffic permitting). For out-of-town guests, there are several nearby hotel options in Gallatin and Hendersonville, as well as cozy Airbnb and VRBO rentals in the area. We’ll include a few recommended hotels and any room block information on our website once finalized. If you’re flying in, Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest major airport. Rental cars and rideshare options are available for easy travel to the venue.

RSVP & Attendance Information

How do I RSVP? Please enter your name. You’ll then be able to select the appropriate name(s) in your party and indicate whether each guest will or will not attend. If you have any trouble finding your name or have questions, please feel free to reach out to us. When is the RSVP deadline? We kindly ask that you respond by May 20, 2026 listed so we can finalize guest counts and seating arrangements. Your timely response helps us plan all the special details for a memorable day! What should I do if I can’t attend? If you RSVP’d “Yes” once RSVPs are open and something changes, please reach out to Jeana or Dustin as soon as possible. We completely understand that life happens and plans can shift! While we’ll miss celebrating with you in person, we’re so grateful for the heads-up — and for your love and support from afar.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring a variety of delicious options for everyone to enjoy. Please let us know if you have any specific allergy accommodations. We’ll also have a selection of beers, wines, and a signature cocktail, along with water, sweet tea, and fruit tea throughout the evening. Come hungry and ready to celebrate — we can’t wait to share a great meal and toast together! 🥂

Do you have a registry?

Yes we are currently registered through Zola and Amazon. Since we’ve already lived together for a few years, our home is filled with many of the essentials we need — so our registry will focus on meaningful upgrades, future home projects, and experiences we can enjoy together. Your presence truly means the most to us, but if you’d like to give a gift, check back once formal invitations are sent and you will be find all the details on our Registry page. ❤️
