Katherine was adopted from Seoul Korea, to parents Sue Ann & Terry Callahan. She loves anything to do with music from singing, to piano, and dancing with her children. Katherine has two beautiful children Madelyn (6) Mavric (1 years old) and loves to make a loving home for her family.

Ever since the Bride could recall at family functions, every body had their buddies, and Amanda was always Katherine’s. Whether it was showing Katherine a new boy band, how to play Sims, or how to line dance Amanda was her. Growing up together they collected a range variety of inside jokes, whether they’re wheezing or crying there’s never a dull moment. Amanda is married to Richard Viele and has a beautiful daughter Naomi Cruz. Katherine couldn’t imagine stepping in this new chapter of life without her best friend by her side.
Rachael Callahan

Rachael and The Bride have known each other since 2017, when she met her in Chicago for Terry Callahan’s birthday dinner. Rachael is an upcoming adventure vacation influencer with a passion to explore the world. She is a great mother, wife, aunt, and sister in law. Katherine admires Rachael’s eye for fashion and how ambitious she is. Rachael has a huge heart, and Katherine always admires how amazing of an aunt Rachael is to Madelyn and Mavric. Katherine hopes Rachael’s influencing journey takes off! The bride couldn’t imagine spending the day with out her beautiful sister in law. Rachael is married to Connor Callahan and has a wonderful son Wallace Callahan
Connor Callahan
Groomsman
Connor and The Bride go back to 1993! Connor has always been someone Katherine has always looked up to. A fond memory of The Bride is when Connor would be in charge of baby sitting, and would put every couch cushion on the stairs and with a silky sleeping bag they would glide down the stairs. Connor and The Bride always make each other laugh, and now as adults they send memes to each other and bond over their children. Katherine is always amazed at how great of a father Connor is. Connor is married to Rachael Callahan, and they have a wonderful son, Wallace Callahan. Katherine is proud to have her big brother with her on her special day!
Brenna Metcalf
Bridesmaid
One Day Katherine looked at Brenna, Brenna looked at Katherine, and they instantly became best friends since 2017. They have grown into adults together, and have seen Brenna blossom into the wonderful woman she is today! Katherine admires how far Brenna has come thus far in life and is now working on her career to becoming a nurse. Brenna never fails at making the Bride bust out laughing, whether reminiscing on inside jokes, Wednesday karaoke nights at Maddens, or Mardi Gras there’s never a dull moment. Katherine couldn’t imagine walking down the aisle without Brenna there. Brenna is engaged to Jason Trimue.
Michael Crawthon

Michael aka Elliot and Dustan have known each other since the fifth grade. Always being in the same class Dustan and Michael instantly bonded, sitting in the back of the class making beats and rapping. When Dustan and Michael weren’t making music they were drawing comics. Dustan and Michael have always looked out for each other and have seen each other grow into the men they are today.

When taking walks with Ashley, there is never a dull moment. Every time The Bride walks with Ashley she always comes back so much happier. Whether they convey about their dreams, their children, or the newest gossip, Katherine is so very fortune to have gained such an amazing best friend. Ashley has one of the biggest hearts, and will take her shirt off her back for someone if they need it. She is an amazing mother to her two beautiful babies. The Bride will always remember trying to guide Ashley through Traffic in Novi, and always leaving her food with Ashley. As a newly wed, the Bride wishes Ashley years of unbelievable joy and lasting love and happiness. Ashley is married to Andrew York and has two beautiful children, Elizabeth and Everette.
Madelyn
Flower Girl
Madelyn is a spunky beautiful six year old. Madelyn is the Brides daughter. Madelyn loves to show off her flips, and cartwheels. The Bride will always be thankful for Madelyn’s free spirit, her drive to accomplishing anything she puts her mind to. Madelyn has pushed Katherine to be the best mother, person she can be. She always reminds Katherine to not take life so seriously, and always puts a smile on Dustan and Katherine’s face. Madelyn’s inspires to be a marine biologist and will not shy away from telling you anything you want to know about sea animals. When she’s not flipping around the house, she is always trying to do Irish dancing. Madelyn is a girly girl who loves her colored hair extensions, nail painted, and her make up done. Katherine, is excited to see her baby girl next to her as she marries Dustan.
Mavric Hurst

Mavric loves Sesame Street especially Count Dracula. No one can get him laughing more than his sister Madelyn. He loves cuddles from the Bride, Katherine, and especially loves rough housing with his daddy, Dustan. He’s a foodie at heart and loves his mama.
Wallace Callahan

Wallace is an energetic 2 and a half year old! He loves Spider-Man and he’s The Bride’s nephew. He’s a very sweet kind hearted boy, whose parents are Connor and Rachael Callahan. Madelyn loves to play with Wallace, each time she sees him she always talks about him, and enjoys being the older cousin. Wallace loves his Mommy and Daddy so much, and has the sweetest heart. Katherine and Dustan are so excited to have Wallace as a ring bear as they become one as a family.
Terry and Sue Ann Callahan
Father and Mother of The Bride
Retired Colonel Terry Callahan of the US Army and Sue Ann Callahan The Bride and Groom thanks Sue and Terry towards their generous contributions for their wedding. Growing up Katherine always has fond memories of visiting her dad at Kodak, and getting chocolate milk in the cafeteria. The bride has always admired the dedication her Father has made for their family. Terry always made time for Daddy daughter time whether it was out for breakfast, baseball games, just talking, or fishing. The Bride, always has fun time talking to her mother, Sue Ann, little trips to Sam’s club, or just spending time with her. A memory specifically for Katherine about Sue Ann is one of their many trips to New York, and both Katherine and Sue Ann slipping in a Tim Hortons/ Wendy’s travel center with out a slippery when wet sign to warn them. Katherine always admires her mother’s knack to make everyone feel welcome when they come to her house. The Bride and Groom feels so lucky to have both great grandparents for their children Madelyn and Mavric. Katherine feels so lucky, to have both of her parents there as she embarks on her new journey of life.
William and Trina Farmer
Parents of The Groom
William aka Billy Farmer and Trina, are the parents of the Groom Dustan Hurst. Growing up Dustan always has fond memories of Billy telling him to get his tool for him, helping him tow cars. Dustan thanks his Dad for helping him with knowledge of cars, racing, and welding. The Groom thanks his mother Trina, for teaching him the responsibilities of taking care of his loves one. Together Dustan thanks his parents for growing him into the gentleman he is today. Dustan always thinks fondly of family mud bogging and being at the dirt track. He is looking forward to the reunion of seeing his parents on his special day, as he steps forth to a new chapter of his life.

The Bride has had the pleasure of seeing Naomi blossom into the beautiful young woman she is today! The Bride has in trusted Naomi to honor the late grandparents of Irene and Bernard Sabernick.

Kaylee is a the Bride’s second cousin, parents of Raquel and Colin Daily. The Bride has known Kaylee for thirteen years. The Bride and Groom has in trusted Kaylee in honoring Evelynn and Dallas Callahan down the aisle in memory of them.
