Travel to Lincoln Harbor from Manhattan
1st option: Catch the Lincoln Harbor Ferry (the pink line in the map above) from the NY Waterway Midtown W39th Street pier. Tell the crew onboard that you are getting off at Lincoln Harbor so that you don't end up at Hoboken 14th Street.
2nd option: Uber/Lyft to Weehawken Pier. (Avoid taking the NY yellow cab as it is very expensive to cross state lines).
3rd option: Catch Bus 158 from Port Authority and get off at Lincoln Harbor (First stop outside of the Lincoln Tunnel).
