Beautiful state park located 15 minutes from the hotels we recommended. The park is famous for the "Weeki Wachee Mermaid Show". There is also a spot at the top of the spring at this same location where you can rent kayaks and kayak down the Weeki Wachee River! Definitely a great way to relax and see some unfortunate Florida paradise.
Weather you enjoy craft beer, wine, sangria, ciders or even hard liquor (new), the local brewery in town has got you covered. Check out Chelsea's favorite drink- "Blue Markerade" (tastes like blue Powerade!) Live music and food trucks too! Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Check them out on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/marker48
