What airport should I fly into?

Answer

You could look at flights from your home airport to all of the airports listed to find the best deal. The Temecula Air Shuttle transports from San Diego (SAN), Ontario (ONT), and LAX. This should be scheduled prior to your trip. Orange County (SNA) is another airport, but you would need to arrange a different form of ground transportation.

Should we rent a car?

Answer

If you’re flying in, we recommend renting a car for convenience. Temecula is beautiful but not very walkable, and rideshares can be limited in the evenings. We’ll have a shuttle for the wedding day, so no one needs to drive to the ceremony or reception. You’ll still be able to use Uber/Lyft, but having a car makes exploring much easier.

Where should we stay?

Answer

For guests traveling in, we’ve reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Temecula. It’s just minutes from Temecula Loft where welcome drinks will take place, and we’ll have a shuttle to and from the wedding venue on the big day. The hotel is recently built and features a pool and outdoor grills. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is a newly built hotel and we have tested it out for you. :-)

Are we invited to welcome drinks?

Answer

Yes! All guests are welcome. This is a casual, optional get-together on Friday evening for anyone already in town. Please make sure to RSVP so we can plan for headcount. No formal program — just drinks and mingling!

What’s the weather like in Temecula in July?

Answer

Expect warm, sunny days (80s–90s) and pleasant evenings (60s–70s). It’s very dry and rain is rare. Lightweight fabrics are great for comfort, especially during daytime events.

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Drinks (Friday) Smart Casual Dresses, jumpsuits, nice tops, button-downs, or dress pants. No need for formal wear here. Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Saturday) Black Tie Optional A tux or dark suit for men, and long dresses, cocktail dresses, or elevated jumpsuits for women. Feel free to dress up. It’s a celebration! After Party (Saturday Night) Boots Encouraged No outfit change required. You can go straight in your wedding attire. Boots are optional and just for fun, but if you’d prefer to change into something more comfortable for dancing, you’re welcome to!
