Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Birchwood Meadows Venue.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive by by 4:45 PM to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, and we wouldn't want you to miss a single moment! (Plus, who doesn't love a little wedding anticipation?)
We'd love for everyone to bring someone special, but space is limited! Please only bring a plus one if your invitation indicates it. Thanks for understanding!
We would love for our wedding guests to join us in getting dressed up for this special occasion! Formal attire is encouraged, as we want everyone to feel as elegant and joyful as the day itself. Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer during dinner and an open bar during dancing! We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us!
There is ample parking available at the venue. However, if you plan to enjoy beverages during the celebration we highly recommend arranging for an uber or ride share services to ensure your safety and comfort.
Yes, children are absolutely welcome. We can't wait to celebrate with the whole family!

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer to capture the ceremony with us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
