The rehearsal dinner will follow the walk-through rehearsal at the venue. Wendy and Dale Harris have generously offered to let us use their beautiful home at Jug Mountain to hold the rehearsal dinner. This will be an indoor/outdoor event, so please plan for cooler nighttime weather (expect lows in the 40-50s). Dinner and drinks will be provided.

I Do (Ceremony)

Directions to the venue: Google Maps tends to do a good job getting you there! The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, please plan to arrive ~30 minutes in advance to get seated. Bar service will be temporarily open 3:15-3:45pm to allow you to get a drink to enjoy during the ceremony. The reception tent will be roped off for the bridal party to get ready in. Please wait until after the ceremony to set your things down at your reception table. This will be an "unplugged ceremony," so please refrain from taking your own pictures. Just get a drink, relax and enjoy the moment! Don't worry- we have hired an AWESOME wedding photographer that will be happy to capture all the special ceremony moments! There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony at the reception space. Families of the bride and groom will stay at the ceremony site for family photos.

Dance. Eat. Drink. Laugh. Attire is relaxed! Check the weather to see if you need a light jacket, as lows in McCall this time of year are 40s-50s! [UPDATE 9/9]: The shuttle service hit a bit of a technical sna-fu and double-booked our time slot *eye roll* so they will be sending a full-blown school bus, instead! All aboard the Magic School Bus! With that, they are asking that we send them the addresses of anyone wanting to be dropped off that is not staying in one of the hotels in McCall (i.e., in air bnbs, cabins, etc). If you'd like a ride, text or email me your address so we can make sure the school bus can drop you off at or very close to your place. Thank you!! --A shuttle will be available at the end of the evening to drive guests back to McCall. The first shuttle will arrive between 9:00pm and 9:30pm.--
